Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience in legal or insurance settings is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and data dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of five case managers.
• Oversee ~50 HV cases from inception to litigation.
• Monitor timelines, deadlines and milestones.
• Collaborate with Pre-Suit and Trial Attorneys to shape case strategies.
• Maintain quality and compliance through audits and process improvements.
