Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Case Manager Lead to oversee a team of five case managers and manage a portfolio of approximately 50 high-value cases from intake through litigation. This on-site role partners with Pre-Suit and Trial Attorneys to drive effective strategies and timely case progression.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in leadership within a legal or insurance setting, with strong organizational, communication, and technical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.
• 2+ years in a legal or insurance position preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong writing and attention to detail.
• Extensive computer and database experience (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of five case managers.
• Oversee a high-value inventory of ~50 cases from inception to litigation.
• Prepare demands and assemble support for submission to carriers.
• Monitor case timelines, deadlines, and milestones.
• Coordinate with Pre-Suit and Trial Attorneys to develop case strategies.
