Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager is required.
• 3+ years in legal or insurance roles preferred; strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact daily with clients in person and by phone.
• Order medical records and coordinate with clients/providers.
• Gather documents to support injury/liability positions.
• Coordinate with insurers and healthcare providers to obtain records and balances.
• Negotiate settlements with insurers and deduct balances with providers.
• Collaborate with teammates on case files and support tasks.
• Maintain organized case files.
• Prepare comprehensive demands for carriers.
• Present case summaries to attorneys as needed.
• Manage cases from intake through closing under attorney direction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
