Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager or legal position preferred.
• At least 2 years' experience in a legal role or insurance adjuster preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients via telephone and in person on a daily basis.
• Order medical records from providers and coordinate with clients and providers.
• Gather documents to support injury or liability positions.
• Communicate with insurance carriers and healthcare providers to obtain records and balances.
• Collaborate with team members involved in case management and support.
• Maintain organized case files from intake to closing.
• Prepare demands and assemble materials for submission to carriers under attorney supervision.
• Present case synopsis to attorneys when required.
• Perform other related duties as needed to support the business.
