Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in case management or workforce development.
• Experience engaging employers, generating job leads, and sustaining partnerships.
• Knowledge of CalJOBS, CRM systems, and employment program documentation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and document progress accurately.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; related experience considered.

Responsabilités

• Manage an assigned participant caseload with regular engagement.
• Conduct intake, eligibility support, service planning, and ongoing participant support.
• Develop individualized service plans aligning goals with training and employment.
• Provide job readiness support, career coaching, training navigation, and placement preparation.
• Track attendance, progress, placement, retention, and follow-up milestones.
• Identify barriers and coordinate timely interventions to support completion.
• Conduct retention follow-up after placement to support job stability.
• Develop and maintain relationships with employers and worksites.
• Identify job leads, OJT opportunities, and direct placement opportunities.
• Coordinate with employers for onboarding, documentation, and retention.
• Maintain compliant case files and required documentation in CalJOBS and CRM.
• Participate in staff meetings, grant reviews, and program performance reviews.
