Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of employment.
• Colorado driver’s license required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manages a caseload of clients with varying needs, including those experiencing homelessness.
• Coordinate services and resources; monitor client progress and outcomes.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans; provide advocacy and referrals.
