Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of coordinated assessment and homeless service best practices.
• Experience with vulnerable populations and housing resources.
• Strong computer skills and ability to manage data with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Works directly with clients to assess eligibility and access housing resources.
• Maintains client confidentiality and documents intake and action plans.
• Develops and maintains relationships with community partners and staff.
• Supports day-to-day shelter operations and follow-up reporting.
• Participates in trainings and ensures data quality across funding streams.
