Job summary

Clackamas Women’s Services in Oregon City is seeking a Housing Case Manager to provide non-judgmental case management and advocacy for participants in CWS housing programs.

You will help participants access housing, complete income and rental paperwork, and coordinate with landlords and partner agencies to ensure safe and stable housing outcomes. A bicultural background and experience in DV/SA services are highly valued.

Qualifications

  • Two years of experience in domestic violence/sexual assault programs.
  • Minimum 1 year experience providing housing services.
  • Demonstrated understanding of domestic violence, sexual assault, and related services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive case management for housing program participants.
  • Complete Housing Assessments and all required paperwork.
  • Assist participants with income, rent calculations, and housing applications.
  • Coordinate housing waitlists and liaise with landlords and providers.
  • Maintain confidential case notes and HMIS documentation.
  • Support participants in goal attainment including budgeting, safety planning, and wellbeing.
