Job summary

Just Compassion of East Washington County is seeking a Housing Case Manager to support households in housing crises under the HRSN program. You will assist with housing navigation, financial coordination, and ongoing case management to promote long-term stability.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, cultural competency, and a housing-first approach, with benefits including health coverage and supportive services. This is a full-time, on-site position in McMinnville, OR.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and client databases (HMIS preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants in identifying housing options aligning with long-term goals.
• Develop individualized housing plans to support retention and self-sufficiency.
• Coordinate with landlords and housing providers to secure placements.
• Provide financial assistance for rent, move-in costs, and related expenses.
• Maintain program documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support wraparound services through coordination with healthcare and social services.
