Qualifications

• Must pass fingerprint clearance and background checks.
• Experience in case management or similar social services role (min 1 year) or Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• HS/GED and completion of VOALA Case Management training within 6 months of hire.

• Coordinate care, service linkages and case conferences to meet client goals.
