Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services field from an accredited program.
• Licensed by the State of Michigan to practice in a human services field (if applicable).
• Education, training and/or work experience in the behavioral health field with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Basic computer knowledge (such as familiarity with email and internet use) and experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with developmental disabilities in navigating systems to better meet their needs.
• Identify supports and design a strength-based plan focused on recovery.
• Coordinate services and inter-agency resources to support consumer goals.
