Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology with Michigan licensure or certification.
• Education and competency in assessment, crisis management and stabilization, and therapeutic care for mentally impaired adults.
• 5+ years of work experience in behavioral health with mentally impaired adults.
• 1 year of supervisory experience required; 2+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage activities, staffing and daily operations of the Adult MI Services Group.
• Provide utilization management duties including service authorization, medical necessity, and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with Management Team to develop and communicate program outcomes and plans.
