Job summary

Lenawee Community Mental Health Authority (LCMHA) in Adrian, Michigan, has a full-time, onsite opportunity for a Clinical Program Director – Adult MI Services. This role oversees development, implementation, and monitoring of services for adults with severe mental illness, providing direct supervision and staff planning to meet agency goals.

The starting annual salary is $87,477, with a range to $113,061 per year (based on a 37.5-hour work week).

Qualifications

• Master's Degree from an accredited program in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology and licensure/certification by the State of Michigan.
• Education, training, and at least five years of work experience in the behavioral health field with mentally impaired adults.
• One year of supervisory experience; two or more years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage activities, staffing, and daily operations of the Adult MI Services Group.
• Provide Utilization Management duties including authorization of services, ensuring medical necessity, and discharge planning when appropriate.
• Collaborate with Management Team to develop and communicate program outcomes and plans to achieve identified outcomes.
