Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a human services field or equivalent.
- Licensed by the State of Michigan to practice in a human services field (if applicable).
- Experience in behavioral health with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- Advocate for clients and connect with community partners.
- Develop strength-based plans and monitor progress toward outcomes.
- Link and coordinate inter-agency resources to support services.
- Maintain crisis and safety planning as part of care strategy.
