Job summary

GEO Reentry Services, LLC is seeking a Case Manager to provide support and structure to participants in their rehabilitation programs. You will manage a caseload, develop personalized programs, and monitor progress to ensure effective reintegration into the community.

Qualifications

• Two years of work experience in a related field.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
• Familiarity with community workforce needs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare personalized programs for participants.
• Review participant plans weekly and document progress.
• Assist participants in establishing a personal budget.

Skills

Writing clear reports

Emergency reaction

Community corrections knowledge

Microsoft Office familiarity

Bilingual skills (English/Spanish)

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Associate's degree in Criminal Justice or Human Services
