Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a social service-related field and 1 year of related experience.

• One year of experience at the lower level SST position or equivalent; valid driver's license may be required in some roles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intakes and participate in treatment team planning.
• Provide short-term case management and referrals to connect clients with services.
• Assist clients and families in dealing with personal and social problems; advocate for resources.
• Maintain daily documentation and ensure confidentiality of treatment records.
• Deliver groups and training as assigned by supervisor and program.
