Responsibilities

• Provide counseling, case management, and advocacy to Community Crisis Center clients.
• Conduct intake interviews with clients and families.
• Prepare and maintain client files and documentation.
• Offer crisis intervention counseling as needed.
• Enter client data into the computer and maintain records.
• Perform building security checks and shelter maintenance when needed.
• Stay on duty until the next shift and attend staff meetings as required.
