Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university.
• Current Georgia licensed Registered Professional Nurse (RN).
• Experience in nursing care and case management is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform walk-in assessments at the crisis service center.
• Complete nursing assessments and care documentation per standards.
• Relay information to psychiatric staff and maintain shift reports.
• Educate staff on risk and contraband during admission and visitation.
• Ensure Pyxis machine functionality and notify when supplies are low.
• Supervise subordinate staff to ensure proper care.
• Report shift issues to the Nurse Manager or Director.
