Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 6 months health service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reception duties: screen calls, prioritize information, and forward as needed.
• Perform clerical duties: typing letters, memos, reports, and copying.
• Maintain secure, organized filing; HIPAA compliance.
• Input data into Cerner/EHR and other systems as directed.
• Coordinate referrals and patient travel with Care Team staff.
• Assist with scheduling patient appointments and follow-up.
• Prepare patient letters and travel worksheets as directed.
• Support Care Team projects and performance improvement activities.
• Provide professional customer service for patients and hospital staff.
