Job summary

Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) is seeking an Assistant Case Manager II/III to support case managers with scheduling, reception, and medical records coordination. The role involves coordinating referrals, scheduling diagnostic studies, and ensuring follow-up as part of a patient-centered care team.

Under close supervision, you will assist with clerical duties, patient intake, and coordination across departments to maintain accurate charts and timely care delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of case management experience or equivalent training.
• Experience with Cerner or hospital scheduling systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supports Case Managers in scheduling, reception, records maintenance, and coordination with hospital clinics.
• Assists with patient referrals and follow-up coordination after provider visits.
• Performs clerical duties including managing calls, filing, and data entry in EHR systems.
• Coordinates with other ANMC departments and Tribal Health Organizations as needed.
• Maintains accurate records and schedules to ensure timely patient care.
