Job summary

The University Enterprises Corporation at CSUSB is hiring a Case Aide for the vCSRI San Bernardino Center. This temporary, non-exempt, benefited position offers a 40-hour work week typically 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM, with occasional evenings and Saturdays.

Under supervision of the Center Manager, you will handle correspondence, provide customer service, monitor participant progress, maintain records, and support case management.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1 year of general office clerical work.
• Knowledge of reentry programs, criminal justice systems, and resources.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong written and oral communication; proficiency with standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and inquiries.
• Provide courteous, professional customer service to all.
• Monitor participant compliance and progress.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records per agency specifications.
• Observe participant performance in video-conferenced class settings.
• Assist center manager and caseworkers in management tasks.
• Some travel required.
• Other duties as assigned.
