Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 1 year experience in social services or similar field; education may be substituted with experience on a year-for-year basis.
• Good written and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client location accountability and enforce agency policies.
• Monitor client locations and visitors logs.
• Follow emergency and program procedures as required.
• Collect intake data and document program plans with clients; monitor treatment stipulations and job readiness goals.
• Coordinate discharges with referral agencies.
• Supervise client work assignments and verify completion.
• Enforce rules and program policies; perform additional duties as assigned.
