Community Solutions Inc. (CSI) is a nonprofit organization serving individuals and families in the child welfare and justice systems. The CASE AIDE role supports supervision, intake data collection, and community resource referrals in Santa Barbara, CA.

The position operates on varied shifts and offers an hourly rate of $21.86, with benefits and opportunities for ongoing training. Bachelor's degree plus experience preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree with 1 year experience in social services or similar field; education may be substituted with experience on a year-for-year basis.
• Good written and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain client location accountability and enforce agency policies.
• Monitor client locations and visitors logs.
• Follow emergency and program procedures as required.
• Collect intake data and document program plans with clients; monitor treatment stipulations and job readiness goals.
• Coordinate discharges with referral agencies.
• Supervise client work assignments and verify completion.
• Enforce rules and program policies; perform additional duties as assigned.
