Entrust Community Services is hiring a Case Aide to serve as a welcoming first point of contact for participants seeking services. You will assist with intake, eligibility, and connections to community resources while maintaining participant records.

The role supports Case Managers and helps coordinate appointments, with work centered in an office setting and occasional outreach. Strong communication and organization are essential, with a customer-service mindset and teamwork emphasized.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills with ability to stay organized.
• Comfortable handling a multi-line phone system and documenting services.
• Experience with data entry, typing, email, and document management.
• Ability to research community resources and make referrals.
• Willingness to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and connect them with appropriate staff or services.
• Answer calls, route messages, and schedule intake appointments.
• Assist with initial eligibility screenings and new participant files.
• Maintain participant records and documents in the SETWorks system.
• Develop professional relationships with community partners and care providers.
• Provide coverage and support for Case Managers and related staff.
• Assist with outreach activities and office supply coordination.
