Necco is seeking a dedicated Case Aide to support children, foster families and young adults with program administration, service delivery and access to community resources. You will work across offices, schools, community sites and foster homes to equip clients with tools for permanency and independence while collaborating with case managers and life coaches for high-quality supports.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities are essential.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Mansioni

• Assist the Program Director, case managers, and life coaches in delivering client services.
• Provide general program support, including data entry, documentation collection, and case file management.
• Complete administrative tasks related to service coordination and client support.
• Assist with transportation for clients to school, therapy, visits and activities.
• Support foster families, children, and young adults by connecting them to community resources.
• Help develop life skills such as financial literacy, job readiness, and independent living.
• Coordinate service plans, scheduling and treatment team meetings; support on-call needs.
