Job summary

The Caring People Alliance is seeking a Case Aide- CUA in Philadelphia, PA to support the Single Case Plan through home, school, and community visits. You will transport families, assist in accessing resources, and maintain client records, with direct interaction and case-management duties.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Two (2) years or more experience in environments involving children, youth and families is preferred.
Driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Provides transport of families to visits, appointments, court, conferences and other essential appointments.
Obtains, maintains, and files documents/records for client files.
Completes necessary purchases and deliveries for families (groceries, food, etc.).
Supervises visits when necessary and intervenes if children are at risk.
Reports relevant details about interactions to supervisor and team.
Provides in-home and community support to families to improve well-being.
