Job summary

Qualifications

• Carrier Sales role with at least 2 years of 3PL industry experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and secure qualified carriers to meet timelines and margins.
• Build and maintain a robust carrier network and pre-plan equipment usage.
• Analyze market trends and load history to negotiate rates.
• Reach out to carriers via outbound calls and other channels.
• Enter carrier capacity and availability data into the TMS.
• Ensure compliance with carrier setup and guidelines.
• Dispatch drivers and update the TMS with shipment details.
• Resolve issues promptly for customers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
