Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate/bachelor's in logistics preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Able to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute Carrier Setup and Compliance Procedures for smooth onboarding.
• Driver Dispatch and TMS management with ongoing updates.
• Promote ROAR to customers and carriers via multiple channels.
• Maintain up-to-date customer and carrier profiles in the TMS.
• Load tender management including routing, scheduling and execution.
• Source and onboard new carriers; negotiate rates to target prices.
• Provide solutions-oriented customer service to all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless experiences.
• Take on ad hoc tasks as assigned by ROAR Management.
