ROAR Logistics, Inc. seeks an entry-level Logistics Coordinator to support carrier setup, dispatch, and TMS operations from our Fredonia, NY office. You will help manage shipments, update profiles, and communicate with drivers and customers.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Training will cover ROAR's processes and carrier networks.

Competenze

• HS diploma or GED required; logistics degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Mansioni

• Execute Carrier Setup and Compliance procedures.
• Dispatch drivers and manage data in the TMS; maintain updates.
• Promote ROAR to customers and carriers via directories, load boards, and events.
• Maintain and update customer and carrier profiles in the TMS.
• Route, schedule, and manage load tenders.
• Source new carriers and negotiate rates.
• Provide solutions and resolve issues for customers and carriers.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed.
• Take on ad hoc tasks from ROAR Management.
