The role emphasizes carrier relations, documentation, and proactive problem-solving to ensure smooth transportation and on-time updates for customers. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in customer service, logistics, or related fields, with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, transportation, logistics, or related support role.
• Experience communicating professionally via phone and email.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to daily phone calls and emails from carriers regarding load status and issues.
• Monitor delayed loads and obtain timely updates for safe delivery.
• Research carrier concerns and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
• Document all carrier interactions and load updates in company systems.
• Support carriers in learning how to independently manage and update their loads.
• Maintain knowledge of company procedures and services.
• Escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Assist in monitoring team workflows to ensure proper documentation.
