• Maintain system data integrity with updated rates and capacities.
• Manage load filter to ensure loads are tendered at agreed rates and reflect accurate Line Haul costs.
• Review lanes and select best carriers using DAT Market rates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with asset carriers and brokers to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate with carriers to address delivery concerns and next steps.
• Process accessorial requests within 48 hours for accurate invoicing.
