Redwood Logistics is seeking an experienced Carrier Sales and Operations professional in Austin, TX for a full-time hybrid role. You will identify and develop carrier relationships, negotiate rates, and coordinate shipments to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in carrier sales within logistics, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• 3+ years of proven success in a Carrier Sales position within the logistics industry.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and develop strong carrier relationships to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate freight rates with motor carriers and coordinate shipments with available equipment.
• Maintain carrier profiles and leverage Redwood operations knowledge to drive opportunities.
• Provide timely service and resolve issues to uphold Redwood’s customer service standards.
• Monitor shipments and billings to address discrepancies before final payments.
