Ace Forwarding Inc. seeks a Carrier Sales Representative to build and optimize a carrier network, secure capacity, and deliver competitive rates for customers in Romulus, Michigan. You will source, onboard, and maintain relationships with qualified carriers, negotiate rates, monitor market conditions, and collaborate with Sales, Account Managers, and Dispatch to meet demand.

Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential. Experience with load boards like DAT or Parade is preferred.
