Job summary

Next Exit Logistics in Dallas is seeking a Carrier Sales Representative with hands-on experience sourcing and managing open-deck carriers for our 3PL. You will collaborate with the Account rep and Sales Manager to identify client needs and shipment requirements, and you will research vendors to match carriers to shipments.

The role requires strong organization and communication, with 2-3 years of sales experience and a college degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience is required, and a College Degree is ideal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) is required.
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills, written and oral communication, initiative, and the ability to work well within a team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account rep and Sales Manager to identify client needs and shipment requirements.
• Research vendors to understand capacities and strengths, and match vendors to clients and shipments.
• Maintain accuracy and organization with strong communication and follow-through.
