Job summary

Ship OGRE, LLC in North Richland Hills, TX is seeking motivated Carrier Sales Reps for onsite roles in Dallas and NRH. You will manage end-to-end freight execution, source carriers, and negotiate rates to ensure timely deliveries.

We offer a base salary of 55,000–70,000 USD with a performance bonus, plus PTO and holidays in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of freight brokerage experience in customer or carrier sales, account management or similar role.
• Strong understanding of load execution, carrier sourcing, and shipment tracking.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of assigned freight, from tender through delivery.
• Source, negotiate rates, book, and coordinate carriers to cover customer freight.
• Track shipments and proactively address delays, service issues, or exceptions.
• Communicate with customers and carriers regarding load status and requirements.
• Ensure accurate load details, documentation, and system updates.
• Support account performance by maintaining service levels and operational consistency.
• Negotiate rates with shippers and carriers to maximize profitability.
• Assist team with overflow freight coverage.
• Support onboarding of new customers and carriers.
• Other duties as assigned.
