Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in freight/logistics with shippers.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations or sourcing.
• Strong problem solving and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Able to persuade, motivate, influence, and negotiate with others.

Responsibilities

• Make 80+ outbound calls per day, send emails and messages to carriers.
• Develop and maintain carrier relationships to move freight.
• Source qualified carriers to meet customer needs.
• Prebooking activities to secure capacity.
