Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field.
• 0–2 years in logistics, transportation, brokerage, or carrier sales.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Proficiency with TMS, load boards, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Book loads by sourcing, negotiating, and booking freight with competitive pricing.
• Prepare shipments for successful execution and address issues.
• Maximize margin by negotiating favorable rates with carrier partners.
