Responsibilities

• Source capacity by calling freight carriers across North America to secure transportation for customer shipments.
• Negotiate rates in real time and close deals, sometimes with only minutes to spare.
• Problem-solve when a truck falls off a load or something goes wrong in transit, and find a solution.
• Build your book by developing strong carrier relationships so you become preferred to work with again.
• Bring the energy by making calls, hitting daily activity goals, and competing to win.
• Own your results as your effort directly impacts your earnings.
