GTS Transportation is seeking a motivated Carrier Sales Representative to join our in-office team in Burr‑Ridge, IL. This full-time, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CDT position offers a base salary with commission and a fast‑paced logistics environment where you will source capacity and negotiate rates.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in carrier sales or freight brokerage, a Bachelor’s in a related field, and fluent English (Russian preferred).

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of direct carrier sales or freight brokerage experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fluent English; professional Russian preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build capacity by phone sourcing and recruiting trucking carriers and maintaining relationships.
• Negotiate transit rates based on market trends to protect margins.
• Track and trace booked loads from dispatch to delivery with proactive updates.
• Resolve issues quickly to minimize service disruptions.
• Maintain TMS accuracy with real-time load status and carrier data.
