Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management or related field.
• Proactive sales experience and a proven ability to develop relationships.
• Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
• Detail oriented with strong multitasking and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new carriers to join our carrier network.
• 0Develop long-term relationships with shippers and carriers
• Build and manage carrier network to meet the needs of shipping customers
• Continually work on improving customer service, transit times and transportation costs
• Coordinate logistics activity, including scheduling arrival dates and delivery appointments
• Track and trace orders for each load and complete load-related paperwork
• Actively participate in transportation bids for current and prospective clients
• Other duties as assigned
