You will grow a network of carriers through lead generation, cold calling, and referrals, while ensuring service levels meet customer requirements. You will collaborate with internal teams, drive adoption of digital systems, and monitor carrier performance to maintain top-tier service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in Sales, Transportation, Finance, or Hospitality preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel and Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage carrier relationships to negotiate rates and secure load coverage.
• Develop and manage a network of carriers via lead generation, cold calling, and referrals.
• Maintain quality working relationships with carriers, drivers, and internal stakeholders through proactive communication.
• Drive the use of U.S. Xpress digital and automated systems with the carrier base.
• Monitor carrier performance to maintain high level service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues for carriers and customers.
