Transportation One LLC is seeking a Carrier Sales Representative in Chicago to manage a freight portfolio from pickup to delivery. You will negotiate rates, build carrier relationships, and coordinate with the internal sales team to maximize profitability.

The role requires 2+ years in carrier sales, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to multitask across several software systems. This on-site position offers PTO, holidays, healthcare, a 401(k) match, and an onsite gym.

Responsabilidades

• Provide and negotiate freight rates with motor carriers and the internal sales team.
• Coordinate available customer freight with carrier equipment.
• Build and maintain relationships with carriers to grow the network.
• Collaborate with Customer Sales to streamline processes.
• Monitor carrier performance using account metrics and communicate updates.
• Verify freight charges and resolve payables discrepancies before payment.
