Ideal candidates are current students with a graduation date by August 2028, possess strong communication and negotiation skills, and are self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Qualifications

• Currently a student with graduation date by August 2028.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to connect with people and build relationships.
• Sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to work on-site full-time throughout the summer.

Responsibilities

• Make 85 cold calls daily to truckload carriers to fulfill shipping commitments.
• Negotiate rates with carriers and book loads.
• Build new relationships and develop your own carrier portfolio.
• Provide excellent service to partner carriers and internal stakeholders.
• Exceed metrics such as outbound calls, loads moved, and automation targets.
• Resolve service failures in a dynamic and challenging industry.
