• Make 85 cold calls daily to truckload carriers.
• Negotiate rates and book loads.
• Develop carrier portfolio and build relationships.
• Provide high-quality service to partner carriers and internal teams.
• Exceed outbound calls, loads moved, and automation targets.
• Resolve service issues in a fast-paced environment.
