Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new carriers through lead generation, research, and cold calling.
• Build relationships with trucking company contacts including dispatchers and drivers.
• Obtain new business, negotiate, and align your portfolio of carriers with customers' freight.
• Identify issues and resolve problems to uphold service.
• Ensure shipment details are communicated to drivers and tracked in the TMS.
• Collaborate with customer operations, account management, and customer sales.
