Responsabilités

• Prospect carriers through lead generation, research, and cold calling.
• Build strong relationships with trucking company contacts including dispatchers and drivers.
• Negotiate and align carrier portfolio with customer freight requirements.
• Identify and resolve issues to uphold service commitments.
• Ensure shipment details are communicated to drivers and tracked in the TMS.
