ADP is seeking a Carrier Account Specialist for the TotalSource Health & Wealth Carrier Relations Team. You will work with carriers and brokers to review plans, rates, markets, and performance, and support Open Enrollment updates.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Carrier Strategy Account, you will collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups and levels, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while maintaining strong relationships with brokers and internal teams.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in client services environment.
• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in benefits and/or insurance.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Validation).
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite – proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with benefits strategy team to deliver enhancements across the broader ecosystem.
• Collaborate with carriers, brokers, and management to develop long-range goals.
• Maintain oversight of all carrier-related functions.
• Communicate changes to associates and broker partners; train TotalSource associates on carriers.
