Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Benefits Services Specialist to serve as the primary contact for TotalSource health and welfare programs and to guide transactions, enrollments and policy changes.

You will collaborate with back office teams and HR business partners to ensure accurate processing and timely communications. The role requires 2–4 years in Benefits Administration, strong problem solving, and solid HRIS/payroll systems knowledge.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of Benefits Administration experience.
• Experience with health and welfare benefits preferred.
• Knowledge of HR, Benefits Payroll software and related issues.

Responsibilities

• Administers and governs a variety of benefit plans through processing transactions and events.
• Coordinates with back office teams for audits and deliverables.
• Performs data integrity and enrollment audits; resolves issues.
• Implements improvements to enrollment and benefits administration processes.
• Provides tier 2 client and internal support; communicates benefit policy changes.
