Job summary

ADP, a leading provider of human capital management solutions, is seeking a Carrier Account Specialist for the TotalSource Carrier Relations Team in the Miami area. You will work with carriers and brokers to review plans, rates, markets, and carrier performance, while handling Open Enrollment updates and training for internal associates.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Carrier Strategy, you will build relationships across stakeholders, maintain SOPs, and support multiple books of business,

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in client services environment.
• 2–3 years’ experience in benefits and/or insurance.
• Proficient in MS Office; advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple datasets and provide insights.
• Strong time management and deadline-driven.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Benefits strategy team to deliver enhancements across the ecosystem.
• Collaborate with carriers, brokers, and management to set long-range goals.
• Own relationship between carriers and TotalSource; oversee carrier functions.
• Align departmental goals with organizational strategy.
• Update internal systems for plan changes and tier changes.
• Communicate carrier changes to associates and brokers.
• Provide training on carriers, plans, or related areas.
• Participate in multi-book of business meetings.
• Maintain SOPs to ensure consistency and knowledge retention.
