Job summary

Texas True Benefit, an Amwins Group company, seeks a Broker Relationship Consultant to support the ADP TotalSource Broker Channel in Texas. The role educates brokers, coordinates with underwriting, and helps position ADP TotalSource against open-market options.

Based in Texas, you will travel regionally, build relationships with priority retail brokerage firms, and collaborate with ADP district managers to grow the market while maintaining broker credibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5 to 7+ years in employee benefits, retail brokerage, carrier distribution, or related experience.
• Active Life and Health license, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Experience building relationships with retail employee benefits firms and producers.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with priority retail brokerage firms, benefits consultants, and producers.
• Engage and educate producers within firms on the ADP TotalSource value proposition.
• Partner with ADP Broker District Managers and join the sales process when appropriate.
