ADP is seeking a subject matter expert for ADP TotalSource's HR and Benefit products, delivering universal HR and benefits support to clients, employees, and internal associates. You will evaluate client practices, ensure policy compliance, and guide implementation of compliant HR/Time Off policies.

Collaborating with HR partners and internal teams, you will interpret employment policies, maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR law, and manage assigned accounts to meet client needs while delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business or HR.
• PHR, SPHR or CEBS certification preferred.
• 3-5 years in client service, HR or benefits.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate clients' HR/Employee Handbook/Drug-Free Workplace practices and policies; provide recommendations and implement compliant policies.
• Consult with HR partners, internal departments, and clients to align policies with laws and regulations.
• Interpret employment policies and communicate best practices; ensure accurate and timely delivery of compliant handbooks.
